Technical Assignment One

 

Technical assignment one is a summary of the Bayhealth Medical Center's current design and existing conditions. This report describes the buildings systems, project schedule, project cost, local conditions, client information, project delivery system, and staffing plan.

 
 
 

 

Technical Assignment Two

   
Technical assignment two is a analysis of the key parts of the bayhealth medical center's schedule and costs. Included in th report is a site layout plan for the steel erection phase of construction, a detailed project schedule, a detailed superstructure estimate, a general conditions estimate, and a paper regarding a crtical issue in the modern day construction industry.  
 

 

Technical Assignment Three

   
Technical assignment three is intended to highlight possible areas to do further research into to find possible cost saving, schedule compression, and alternative methods of construction.
